The 20th Annual Iowa Narcotics Officers’ Association (INOA) annual training conference will be held beginning on Tuesday, March 18th, 2025, and run through Thursday, March 20th, 2025. The conference will be held at the West Des Moines Marriott located at 1250 Jordan Creek Parkway, West Des Moines, IA. Our conference is an excellent opportunity for you to showcase your products and services to law enforcement personnel, prosecuting attorneys, and other members in associated career fields who will recommend, purchase, and use your products and services.
The vendor area will be open for display beginning on Monday, March 17th, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., in order to allow you to meet and display to INOA members as they arrive during the early attendee registration period. The vendor area will then reopen on Tuesday, March 18th and Wednesday, March 19th from 7:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. The vendor room will be open Thursday, March 20th from 7:00 a.m. and close after lunch to allow time for display take-down, prior to the conclusion of the conference.
The Vendor Room for this conference will be located directly next to our main conference meeting room.
We will be handing out a “vendor bingo card” to all conference attendees to be stamped by attending vendors. (If you are a new vendor please email me your high-quality logo so it can be applied to the bingo card). We are also going to give vendors the option to purchase $300 worth of raffle tickets for $200 to hand out to attendees as they visit your tables. I would recommend bringing a container and request that attendees leave their contact information or business cards in order to receive a raffle ticket from you. This will allow you to reach out to potential customers even after the conference is over.
During lunch on Tuesday, we will designate time for you to introduce yourself/company to conference attendees and give a short speech on products/services you would like to highlight.
At the end of each day, the vendor room will be secured. This will allow you to leave your display areas set overnight if you desire.
This year we will also be allowing vendors the opportunity to set up displays outside of the conference room doors to allow for maximum exposure to attendees. This will be limited to (4) vendors on a first paid basis (please email or call me as soon as payment is made). Since these displays will be in the hallway outside of the conference room, vendors will be expected to break down displays at the end of each night and moved inside of the vendor room. INOA and West Des Moines Marriott assume no liability for any loss or damage to products/displays that are not secured in the vendor room.
This year, we are also adding the option for hole signage during our annual golf tournament as well as a post-conference advertisement email blast. The golf tournament is our primary fundraising effort for our Survivors Fund and the Iowa Concerns of Police Survivors (Iowa COPS), in which the proceeds are used to support surviving spouses/families with medical expenses for Officers injured or killed in the line of duty. The advertisement email blast will be an advertisement provided to us from you, which we will in turn send out to the conference attendees.
Vendor registration fee includes FREE lunches for vendors on all 3 days of the conference. Electricity is available; however, you will be required to supply your own extension cords, multi-plug connectors, or any other specialized equipment that you will need. We would also like to invite you to join us in our FREE hospitality room following registration on Monday and after the conclusion of training on both Tuesday and Wednesday.
Registration is open until March 1st, 2025. Special hotel room rates for INOA Conference vendors will be available. The last day to book rooms at the conference rate is February 25, 2025.
