Greetings:

It is both an honor and a privilege to serve as President of INOA. I look forward to the year ahead.

We have just wrapped up our 6th Annual Training Conference and I am very pleased to report it was a great success with 149 in attendance. There is an enormous amount of planning that goes into hosting a conference of this size. It is with deep appreciation that I say thank you to the Officers, Regional Directors and volunteers that give selflessly of their time to INOA.

As you may be aware, INOA awards two $1000 scholarships annually to a male and a female high school student, payable to their respective college or university provided they remain enrolled and following the successful completion of their first semester. This year’s scholarship winners are Kayley Steinberg of St. Ansgar, Iowa and Nick Stoyles of Mason City, Iowa. Nick and his father, Jay, were able to join us for our Thursday evening dinner. Congratulations to Nick and Kayley and best wishes.

The dates of our 2011 Training Conference will be Wednesday, March 30 through Friday, April 1. Be sure to check the website regularly for updates regarding the Conference as details become available.

We received good feedback from the attendees of the Conference regarding training topics. If any of you that were unable to attend have ideas of what you would like to see presented at future Conferences or Regional Trainings, please contact me or another member of the Board.
